Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop and relevant sections, add any items that you wish to purchase to your basket. After you've finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to complete your order.

We accept any debit of credit card payment as well as PayPal if you have a PayPal account.

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, orders may be subject to a cancellation fee.

When you complete the checkout process, you'll receive a confirmation of your order, this will indicate that your order has been received. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

DELIVERY


Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched, this does not include weekends or bank holidays. You will receive a message once your item is on its way.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and we will send you full tracking details via email, please check your spam/junk mail incase it is there. Delivery prices are calculated at the checkout and are based on the size and weigh of your order.

If the recipient is not home the item may be left with a neighbour or in a "safe place" on or around the property. If we are not able to leave the item in a "safe place", you will need to re-arrange delivery (there may be an additional cost for this but this will be confirmed by Accent Pillows).

Accent Pillows are not responsible for theft or damage of any items once delivered.



CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SECURITY


When your order is placed on our website, credit/debit card information is encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our systems. They are not held in clear text on any website.

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 day of delivery (excluding original delivery charges).

We will be happy to arrange whatever you prefer in terms of returning the item but the delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure the item is secure and fully protected for it journey as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods and we will not be able to refund you. Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Due to the nature of the products on offer, you are advised to make any complaint within 2 working days of the delivery of your item(s). We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
